I. Requirements for customers to be provided data information received from the VNGEONET CORS network via the internet

- The requested data must be “Non-Secret level”. Organizations/individuals who need to use “Secret level” data need to apply the confidential data exploitation process directly.

- Information entered into the data request form must be correct, complete and valid.

- Fill in all order information on the form, attach the request form and official dispatch or letter of introduction (for organizations), scan of Citizen identity/Passport (for individuals).

- Full payment of data provision fees (if any).

- Customers are responsible for managing their registered accounts and documents attached to their orders.

II. Steps to use the service of providing data information received from the VNGEONET CORS network via the internet

Step 1: Access the website

- Customers access the website at: https://gddt.vngeonet.vn

Step 2: Select the data required to provide

- At the main interface, select the required data and click the “Order” button

Step 3: Register and log in to the system

- Customers need to log in to make order:

+ Log in if you already have an account on the website.

+ If you do not have an account, customers need to create a new account in the "Register" section at the top right of the website.

Step 4: Download the supply request form, fill in all information in the supply request form and official dispatch or letter of introduction (for organizations), scan of Citizen identity/Passport (for individuals)

- In the "Request form" menu, select the correct form and download it.

- Fill in complete and accurate information of the individual/organization requesting data on the request form. Detailed instructions on how to write click here  

4.1. Make customer confirmation on the request form:

- Customers have digital signature, confirm digital signature on data request form, save in .pdf format and upload this file when ordering data.

- Customers without a digital signature, scan the request form with the customer's signature, save it in .pdf format and upload this file ordering data and send the original request form, official dispatch or letter of introduction (for organizations), photocopy of Citizen identity/Passport (for individuals) directly or send it via postal service to the address: Room 407, Center for Investigation - Processing of survey and mapping data, No.2, Dang Thuy Tram Street, Co Nhue 1 Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City.

4.2. Official dispatch or letter of introduction (for organizations), Citizen identity/ Passport (for individuals)

- Official dispatch or letter of introduction (for organizations): The organization prepares a file containing the organization's official dispatch or letter of introduction in the form of a scanned file or digital signature, digital stamp, and saves it in .pdf or .jpg or .png format. (The official dispatch form can be downloaded from the menu "Request form")

- Citizen identification/Passport (for individuals): Individuals prepare a file containing a scanned copy of Citizen identification/Passport with full information, save in .pdf or .jpg or .png format.

Step 5: Enter information into the order

Enter information into the order after selecting the required data (after Step 2):

- (1): Connect to account registered on vngeonet.vn, this account must be identical to “Data usage registration account” section (registered account on website https://vngeonet.vn) of the request form (in Step 4). If you do not have a customer account, please access the webiste: https://vngeonet.vn to create an account (For detailed instructions on create account of RTK, click here ).

+ When connect an account registered on vngeonet.vn for the first time, you need to enter an account name and password. For next time renewals of the account registered on vngeonet.vn account, a selection list will be displayed:

- (2): Enter the number of rover use service

- (3): Upload the file containing the request form that has been confirmed above (in Step 4.1) in .pdf format.

- (4): Upload the file containing official dispatch or letter of introduction (for organizations), a scan of Citizen identity/Passport (for individuals) in .pdf or .jpg or .png format (at Step 4.2)

- After completing the 4 information above, the customer clicks “Order”. When the order is successful, there will be an email confirming the successful order.

Step 6: Pay data provision fee and receive data

- Center for Investigation - Processing of survey and mapping data will respond to customer requests.

- If the order is approved, there will be notification via registered email.

+ For free orders (0 VND), data will be provided immediately after the order is approved

+ For pay fee orders, customers please proceed to pay the data provision fee according to the instructions below (note that: the fee must be paid within 3 working days from the date the order is approved, when it is more than 3 days before the order is approved item will be cancelled):

1. Customers log in to the system, click on the account name at the top right of the website and select “My orders”.

2. Select the order that requires payment and the customer clicks "Pay fee" to pay online, follow the instructions of the fee payment interface. The website will display a notification corresponding to a successful transaction or an error transaction. When payment is successful, the order will change to " Waiting for data to be provided" status.

- Receive data: In the “My orders” there will be approved order details.

+ For the real time kinematic (RTK) data, the data usage registration account on website vngeonet.vn is licensed to be input into Rover.

+ Confirmation of the Center's request form (if any) and electronic fee receipt (if any), the customer downloads in the order is attached, when the order is fed data.

III. The testing procedure for providing data information received from the VNGEONET CORS network via the internet environment is as follows:
