Terms and conditions for using
data information received from the national network of Continuously
Operating Reference Stations (VNGEONET)
By using data information received from the national network of Continuously
Operating Reference Stations, organizations and individuals accept and commit
to the following terms and conditions of use:
1. Organizations and individuals using information and data received from
the national network of Continuously
Operating Reference Stations are responsible for:
- Responsible
with the
law all of the
information declared and account registration on the system, only use data
information received from the national network of Continuously
Operating Reference Stations for legal purposes and take responsible for all
activities performed using your account;
- Responsible for keeping your account information and password
confidential. In case your password is lost or someone is discovered to be
using your account illegally, you must change your password or notify to
data providers;
- Exploit and use information and data received from the national network of Continuously
Operating Reference Stations for the right purpose when requested and do not provide
or transfer to other organizations or individuals;
- All cases of reusing information and content on the national network of Continuously
Operating Reference Stations website to post on the media must comply with the
provisions of law;
- Agree to share registration information on the national network of Continuously
Operating Reference Stations website.
2. Organizations and individuals using information and data received from
the national network of Continuously Operating Reference Stations must
not perform one of the following acts:
- Harassing, annoying, inconvenient, restricting, preventing or other
illegal acts that violate the legitimate rights and interests of other
organizations and individuals in the use of data information received from the
national network of satellite navigation stations;
- Posting or transmitting through the national network of Continuously
Operating Reference Stations any
material with content that is distorted, defamatory, obscene, offensive or
causes bad publicity, reduces the reputation of other organizations, individuals
or property. Other data and information contrary to the provisions of law;
- Illegally obstructing or blocking the process of transmitting, sending,
and receiving data messages;
- Unauthorized change, deletion, destruction, tampering, copying, disclosure,
display, or transfer of part or all of the data message;
- Creating data messages to commit illegal acts;
- Creating or distributing harmful information technology programs,
arbitrarily deleting, damaging or changing software, electronic data, illegally
entering, or interfering with the operational functions for the
national network of Continuously Operating Reference Stations or other acts
aimed at sabotaging the technological infrastructure serving data provision;
- Other acts as prescribed by law.
3. The National network of Continuously Operating Reference Stations has the right
to suspend, lock, and cancel accounts that violate the law, commit fraud, or do
not comply with the terms of use stated above without notice and compensation.
4. The national network of Continuously Operating Reference Stations does not share
information about users with other agencies without the user's permission,
except when requested by competent authorities.
5. Data packages will not be refunded or exchanged after fees have been
paid.
